Rayne and Aleera are vampiric and vampire, respectively. Capable of extreme speed if there's a fight going on. If she's capable of doing so under those circumstances, then sure. :) They seem to have normal body language, but how that might be offset by the speed aspect.
Morrigan is a normal human (apparently), but I'd imagine the casting of spells would be unfamiliar and, thus, difficult to predict. You'd know that better than I!
The T-X is a robot, probably making her/it the hardest to predict, since body language is a deliberate thing on its part, with literally no subconscious indicators to give away its intentions.
Ripley 8 is a more unique case... Her body language isn't completely human. She can can speak and act in a more predatory and, at times, sensual manner than is typical for most human beings. IS also a bit emotionally disconnected. Not sure if any of this would affect stuff.
