SP log:
Who: Bruce and Cass.
When: January 2nd, early morning.
Where: The batcave.
Summary: A daughter comes home and her dad's not pleased.
Warnings: N/A
[She'd left Griffin's company once she was sure her wounds were wrapped enough to make the trip home easier. The batcave would have better equipment and tools for her to use to help herself. As it was, she had a sheet she could use to bind up the wounds and not much else. The bullets hadn't been fully removed just yet; she'd need pliers for that sort of job. Every step she takes to get home is painful but she learned long ago to keep moving and not to falter.
She slips into the batcave and heads down to the main room, over to the medical supplies. She tugs off the mask and sets it down, and then off comes the top of her costume, its sleeves dangling around her waist. She slides off the belt too and grabs the medical kit, going to sit by one of the benches so she can fuss with her injuries.
There's blood on the makeshift bandages that's already begun to soak through. She frowns, carefully unwrapping her injuries to get to work.]

Within the people he knows, there is literally only one person he knows of who could have been mistaken for him.
He waits for her in the Cave, and it's only when she comes in, bleeding on the floor, that he moves. He peels himself literally away from the shadows (no more figurative speech with this Core-given powers), and moves in front of her, dropping down to her eyelevel and taking the kit from her hands. He has a batarang in his other hand, and he cuts through the makeshift bandages easily enough. ]
Tell me what happened.

Gunman in sector seven. He had a rifle.
[He'd be able to tell that easily enough from the bullets.]
He was four buildings away. He thought I was you.
[She watches him closely for any sign of disappointment as he starts to look her over.]
